Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing to NCNLA via mail or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Requests submitted at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee. Requests submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the event will receive a 50-percent refund. Requests submitted within seven (7) days of the event will not be considered. Registrants who fail to attend the event forfeit their registration fee.
Registration Transfer Policy
For a $10 processing fee, registrants may make a one-time transfer of their paid registration to another attendee if the request is submitted in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Transfer requests submitted within seven (7) days of the event will incur a $50 processing fee. Marketplace registrations are not transferrable. Approved transfers are ineligible for subsequent cancellation/refund requests.
Name Badge Reprint Policy
For a $10 processing fee, registrants may reprint their name badge to replace a lost or forgotten badge. To request a replacement badge, bring appropriate identification to the education registration desk at the Sheraton or the exhibitor registration desk at the Coliseum.
