On Nov. 11, 2021, a letter was sent to exhibitors regarding the cancellation of Marketplace. If you are an exhibitor and did not receive this email, please reply to email@example.com with your preferred option as listed below.
Yesterday, the NCNLA Board of Directors made the difficult decision to cancel the Marketplace at Green & Growin’ 21, scheduled for January 14-15, 2021 in Greensboro, NC. Their decision was based on the results of the exhibitor survey conducted last week and in the best interests of the health, safety and welfare of NCNLA members, exhibitors and attendees.
This action followed an earlier decision by the board to move the G&G’ 21 Education Program online due to reduced meeting room capacities resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Information on the virtual Education Program, scheduled for January 11-13, 2021, can be found here.
Green & Growin’ is essential to the financial well-being of NCNLA. Moving the Education Program online and cancelling the Marketplace will cause significant financial hardship for the association during the current fiscal year. For this reason, the Board of Directors ask that you consider the following options:
1. Contribute all or any part of your G&G’ 21 booth payment to assist with operating expenses:
Contribution $__________ (remaining balance will rollover to G&G’ 22)
2. Rollover your G&G’ 21 booth payment in full to G&G’ 22 to assist with cashflow
3. Receive a refund for all or any part of your G&G’ 21 booth payment:
Contribution $__________ (remaining balance will be refunded)
Please reply by COB on Friday, November 27 with your preferred method for handling your booth payment. If you do not reply by the requested deadline, we will rollover your payment to G&G’ 22.
